My user defined field values are not going through to AD as expected

I setup a mapping that references Person.UDField09. However, after running the sync process, the value does not show on any of the user records.

I have confirmed that there are values in UKG for field Person.UDField09

This is most likely because you did not choose to include user-defined fields on the UKG Pro Connection setup.

Please make sure that Include User Defined Fields is selected.
