How do we choose which employment record to use?

I have an employee that is active in multiple companies and they have multiple employment records.

Is there a way that I can specify which employment record should be used when it pulls the data over to AD?

No, you can not choose the exact employment record that will be used:

If the employee has multiple active records, then we will use the HOME employment record.

Each employee has a HOME employment record that is set in UKG, and that is the one that we will use if there are multiple active employment records.


What will it do if there are multiple termination records (and no active record)?

If there are multiple terminated records (and no active records), it will use the terminated record marked as HOME.
