I added the LDAP connection string to my setup and it is not connecting.
I get the message - The server is not operational
LDAP://10.0.0.4/DC=example,DC=com
I know the user name and password are correct because it’s what I use every day to sign in.

I’ve seen this before where the IP address does not work and the fully qualified DNS server name needs to be used.
Please try to replace your IP address with the fully qualified DNS server name:-
